As well as offering some insight into how they’ve created a very successful, very large, and very different head office, Tony and Robert talk about their partnership, their philosophy, and how they’ve taken on the challenges of a major acquisition.

While there might not be many other agencies in a position to follow their lead, there’s little doubt that they’ve done a lot of things well, and some of those may be transferable and able to be adopted by other real estate businesses.

For example, they have some excellent advice on integrating new team members and creating an environment that allows a strong culture to develop organically.
