Our special guest on this week’s edition of Real Estate Renovators is Matt Scafidi.

Matt tells Rex and Chanell why he started Abode Advocacy Group and outlines how his experience in real estate sales has set him up well to be an effective advocate. He gives us some outstanding explanations and examples of what exactly an advocate does for his or her clients and the benefits of having a buyer’s advocate involved in the search for property and the transaction process.

It’s anticipated that advocacy will grow significantly in the future, and Matt outlines why there still needs to be a lot more education – both for the property-buying public and others in the industry – about advocacy. He also offers some insights into how his life and work is different now than it used to be as a leading sales agent.
