Spiro Drossos

Our special guest on this week’s edition of Real Estate Renovators is the Managing Director of Barry Plant Eastern Group, Spiro Drossos.

Spiro started at Barry Plant’s original office 20 years ago and has helped build it up to be the Number 1 office in the Barry Plant network for 13 years.

He’s recently expanded the business even more with the acquisition of a significant rent roll and explains to Rex and Chanell why he’s done that, how the additional staff and workload are being managed, and how the expansion of the property management side is being undertaken.

He shares his approach to the business of real estate and, in particular, valuing, nurturing, and developing the people that make the business tick.
